Day 5 in Brasil!

Finally the B3 Stock Exchange. What an awesome opportunity to go into a stock exchange museum and workplace here in Brasil. B3 has been completely dogitalized trading but still has amazing buildings with cafes and workspaces. Considering I am a finance student, I enjoyed learning the history of the exchange while watching the opening for the market. The building was beautiful, nothing like I would see in Windsor. Mcdonalds was our lunch of choice today and man was it good. Yummiest cheese EVER. Not only was this a great cheaper option, it wa surely a great tasting one. We headed out to Campinas today to visit the agricultural institute where they perform research, have PhD programs and lots more. This was a great well rounded example. After we headed out of the institute, we headed to the coffee bean growers. This was such an awesome experience to have since we picked berries straight from the plant-they were delicious. We headed out to a beautiful park and saw the coolest birds eating a fish! We headed out a beautiful restaurant where I got Pesto shrimp pasta and some lovely native drinks. I can’t wait to experience more of a beautiful park tomorrow in São Paulo.

Fun fact: the agriculture institute not only does projects but involves getting a degree as well
