Day 4: Quarto Dia No Brasil!

Today was a very educational experience. We started the day at the Cubo Business Hub center. It was a beautiful building with an even more beautiful rooftop view. We learned a lot about the start ups and corporations they support, and went through the different floors of the building. We even got to go into the netted relaxation/slide space and it was so much fun to do with all my peers. Also, Cubo reminded me of the Epicentre at home, they do similar operations and offer similar support. Then, we went to lunch together at Come Here, it was another buffet style Brazilian lunch and I loved it! I tried some new foods and saw an açai place along the way. Next, we went to the mall and did a little shopping with the Brazilians. I got this vanilla scented perfume and I’m excited to use it at home as every time I use it will remind me of Brazil. Lastly, we went to the Canadian Consulate together and it was such a pretty building. Everyone gave such great presentations and we got very helpful, detailed feedback from the Trade Commissioner and Assistant Consulate General. It was nice to see our hard work pay off! We ended off the night having dinner all together and grabbing hamburgers!
