We began the day with a delicious breakfast at the hotel restaurant. There was a variety of pastries, traditional foods, and juices. An interesting juice was grape and rose pedal! We then went over to MASP; a museum here in São Paulo that has many different exhibits. My favourite was on the second floor where it showcased a variety of different art pieces. Fun fact, the second floor in Brazil is actually what we would call the third floor in Canada! We then walked around the local market where we got to see the liveliness of the city - this included local musicians, artists, and street dance classes! It was nice to have the Brazilian students there to help negotiate with the vendors! We then went over and enjoyed a nice lunch where we tried small cheese filled pastries. We ended the day at the biggest mall (4 stories!) where I got Brazil inspired Kit Kats!
